Why I’m building AsanaFlows
I’m Vitaliy. I practice yoga and have completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training. I know how valuable it is to have a practice shaped around you. I also know that regular private lessons aren’t within everyone’s budget or schedule.
That’s why I’m building AsanaFlows: on-demand yoga shaped around your goals, the time you have, and the movements you want to include or avoid. My aim is to make that kind of personal practice accessible to more people, wherever they live.
In a yoga shala, you share the room even when you follow different practices. I want to bring some of that feeling home: your own flow, with others making time for theirs alongside you.
I’m also part of Camplight, a worker-owned tech cooperative. AsanaFlows brings my yoga practice and my work building software together.
We plan to bring more certified yoga teachers into the work, improving how classes are sequenced and adapted. Further ahead, we want to explore optional real-time posture feedback, with careful testing and your control over any camera access.
Those are plans, not features available today. We’re building toward more accessible, carefully guided personal practice, one step at a time.
Built from a structured library of yoga movements and cues.
