What we collect and why

We store your account email, authentication information, and the practice request and duration you choose to save. If you use Google login, Google provides your basic profile and email to identify your account. We use this information to provide your account, preserve your request, and contact you about the launch you requested.

Early access does not generate personalized classes or take payments. Please do not include diagnoses, medical records, or other sensitive health information in your request.

Storage and service providers

The application and database are hosted on Akamai/Linode in Frankfurt, Germany. Mailgun delivers account emails. Google handles Google sign-in when you choose it. These providers process information needed to provide their services; some processing may occur outside the European Economic Area under their applicable data-transfer arrangements.

Cookies and retention

We use essential authentication storage and a secure draft cookie that expires after seven days. An unsaved request may also be stored in this browser for up to seven days. Saved account requests remain until you replace them or ask us to delete them. Infrastructure backups may retain earlier copies until those backups expire.

We use account information to provide the early-access service you request. Security processing supports our legitimate interest in protecting the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can edit your request in your account. Email us to request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or to object to processing, or to stop launch contact. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, including Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection. If we change how the service uses your information, we will update this notice.
